Returns and exchange Policy
UNWANTED ITEMS
We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy for most of our products. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. In this case, the customer would not pay for the return.
When returning/exchanging an item(s), it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or item(s) that came with it. The item(s) and package should be in original and perfect condition, therefore goods should be returned “AS SOLD”
If the goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition and/or parts missing, we will not accept these back and a refund will not be issued.
All returns/exchanges MUST be done within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or exchanges replacements after the 14-day limit has expired.
When sending in a return, once the goods have been checked that they have been returned in the same condition that it was sent to the customer, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
Buyer pays for the postal cost of return and exchange.
We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.
CANCEL AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order which has been dispatched, you must contact us by email.
If the item(s) have already been dispatched then please follow our return policy.
